EN44PD - Palladium Gold
The EN-44PD model is the latest development we have launched on the market, as well as the first and only ELECTRO-FINISHING machine that works with PLADIUM WHITE GOLD.
Although it is considered a machine with an ENERGY system, unlike the other models, it does not use particles, but uses only our ENERGETIC thrust system as a catalyst for the chemical process.
The model is designed to meet the needs of jewellery companies that carry out PRODUCTION, with the EN-44PD series focused on MEDIUM PRODUCTION, and the EN-442PD series focused on HIGH PRODUCTION.
The EN-44PD machines allow you to process between 13 and 33 parts simultaneously in times ranging from two to three hours, depending on how bulky they are, and the EN-442PD double that capacity, i.e. between 26 and 66 parts simultaneously in the same working times.

The work process is complex as it requires strict control of all the parameters
that influence the process and which basically are:
- The movement of the frame where the pieces are hung.
- The type and value of the electrical current supplied,
which vary significantly from alloy to alloy.
- The processing time.
In order to effectively control these parameters and at the same time facilitate the operator's work to be automated, we have incorporated into the machine a CONTROLLER WITH COLOR TOUCH SCREEN with an intuitive operating software, as well as the ability to save in memory the work parameters for each alloy with which we work.
