The SG-211 model uses our UNIVERSAL SECOND STEP system, and although it does not achieve as efficient an indoor impact as that of the ENERGY systems, it has a series of advantages that make it ideal for polishing bulky GOLD parts:

- By replacing the ENERGETIC system with a direct incidence with particles, the maintenance cost of the system is much lower, as it is simpler and requires fewer consumables.
- By dispensing with the ENERGETIC thrust system, it can incorporate two frames in the same work tank, achieving the same production as an EN-442 system but with a much lower investment.

But the most important feature is that, by using the UNIVERSAL system, the machine is suitable for both the polishing of SMALL PARTS and for the polishing of LARGE AND BULKY PARTS such as bracelets, thick chains, pendants, and bulky earrings.

The SG-211 machines allow between 26 and 66 parts to be processed simultaneously in times ranging from 50 to 90 minutes, depending on the capacity of how bulky they are.

The SG-211 series is the most recent SECOND STEP model to be released, having been designed for gold jewelry manufacturers who must process parts of very different designs and sizes, requiring a practical UNIVERSAL model.

The system can work as a single process or in combination with a GP-G10 FIRST STEP MACHINE, eliminating the need to remove parts and reposition them between the two processes when sharing a frame.
